Weddings

The Talurdo Retreat can accommodate intimate weddings in our beautiful gardens. We offer our beautiful home and land as a private wedding venue. Our experienced wedding specialist, Lorraine Faccini, will ensure all your wishes from decor to catering to photography for your special day. We can offer accommodation for twelve people, and the nearby castle city of Silves has multiple accommodation choices for more wedding guests. We have indoor and outdoor catering facilities, a duck pond, a miniature goat enclosure, a tree platform and lots of seating throughout the property. We offer two wood decks suitable for wedding ceremonies.

In the evenings the whole garden lights up like a fairytale with small solar lights. However, nothing competes with our star-filled nights. They are stunning. Talurdo is the perfect place for star gazing.

The property is partly handicap accessible including parking and outdoor bathrooms (unpaved and gravel surfaces).
